Our Staff
Leo da Silva – Training Coordinator/Lead Trainer 
Leo’s work experience is as diverse as the cities he’s lived in. Leo brings 5 years of experience in instructional training, two recording arts degrees—one from the University of Oregon and the other from Orlando’s Full Sail University—as well as a background in management at NYC’s famed Chung King Studios (home to Moby, Depeche Mode, Beastie Boys, as well as Mos Def, Will-i-Am, Snoop Dogg and Kanye West among many others). Leo enjoys creating new and cutting-edge classes to keep Dapper Training’s consumer and corporate clients as up-to-speed and competitive as possible. In his “spare time” Leo enjoys reading the manuals that come with new software (no joke), swirling Oregon Pinots, producing and editing music videos and maintaining a well-trimmed beard.
Carmen da Silva - Marketing/Social Media Director
Carmen holds an International Business degree from her native Oregon (Go Ducks!). And with a solid background in event planning, she not only maintains Dapper’s social media outlets and marketing but doubles as our corporate client scout and special event’s coordinator. In her non-working hours Carmen can’t get enough of NYC’s great new restaurants and events and often moonlights as a personal Concierge.
Rick da Silva – Operations Manager (Brazil)
Rick has recently graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade do Rio Grande do Sul. As a well-experienced English teacher and native Brazilian, Rick plays the role of Dapper’s Operations Manager and international marketing mediary. Rick is well versed in Southern Brazil’s best churrasco, wine bars and beaches—when in POA, Rick’s your man.
